This was my first time at this location. I really like it cute small place to grab food and drinks. The process to get the food needs to be a little better waiting on drinks and bowls but I did get my food and drinks ! Overall Experience was good You should definitely give it a try. It definitely was busy !

Hands down the best Poke bowl I’ve had to date. Super fresh and high-quality fish, and super yummy sauces and toppings. Both bowls were build-your-own, and all of the free toppings made this so filling. Friendly and happy staff too! If I lived nearby, I’d easily eat here at least once a week.

I would describe this as a Hawaiian or Asian-inspired version of Chipotle. It follows the same concept of building your own customizable bowls, but with fresh, high-quality ingredients that stand out. Everything looks incredibly fresh and vibrant, offering a delicious and healthy dining experience. Had a great meal and looking forward to eating here again!

The Staff is friendly and helpful! They are Knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients. Small tables inside, and a few on the patio. It’s a clean and affordable place to take my granddaughter and her friends. Would recommend trying this place out, whether you are wanting a refreshing drink, meal, or a sweet & savory treat! Came back in April, and tried had a different flavor of Boba. It was just as delightful as the strawberry one. Wanted to do a repeat with the honey toast, but they were out.

I have been meaning to try Think Poke for awhile now in Fort Walton. The ingredients were super fresh, and the portions were generous. I built my own bowl with 3x scoops of salmon, and all the toppings—and everything tasted flavorful and fresh. The staff was friendly and patient while I made my choices, and the place had a chill, clean vibe. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving something light, healthy, and satisfying. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! I also recommend the peach tea which is unsweet but has a good flavor to it.
